If you are not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased, you may return it within seven (7) working days upon received. The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available). This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our site.
Customers are advised to email us first at email@example.com with your #ORDER ID and product details before returning the product.
Any products returned must abide the terms mentioned above. Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted. Should the product is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you.
All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.

MISTAKES MADE BY ALCHEMY APPAREL:
- Wrong size given (eg: ordered S, received M)
- Wrong cutting given (eg: ordered Men Cutting, received Women)
- Wrong measurement from size chart plus minus 1 inch
- Wrong colored given from details order (color might slightly differ due to lightings)
– All item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
– All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product and packaging.
-Items that are damaged, marked, or found to be manufacturing error is a good and new topic in good condition, or another item with its purchased value will be sent back to the customer .
– You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us.
-Only applied for plain unembroidered item
YOU MAY NOT RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
-Accessories such as stethoscope engraving not returnable.
-Damaged, soiled, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance unless it is found to be manufacturing error or faulty beforehand.
-No exchange for embroidered item
If we still received item like the said, we will send back to customer and customer will bear the postage.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE PROCESS:
If the return tag is still attached and the item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, returns will be accepted for changing to another/same item with same purchased value, store credit or full amount bank transfer. Return must be posted back within:
7 working days from arrival of package for local delivery.
We will post it to you if the size you requested still available once we received the return parcel. If the sizes already sold out, we will give you voucher code with the same amount & you can use it for the next purchase.
Item(s) purchased from online can be exchanged with ONLINE and through our outlets; Seri Kembangan, Kota Bharu & Ipoh. Customer must first email us for acknowledgement & stock arrangement.
Our working hours are on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm except during Selangor & National Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied on the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered. Email can be sent to email@example.com.
